GENERAL INFORMATION
Invitation Letter
An invitation letter will be sent to all registered participants upon request. This letter is intended solely to assist the participant in obtaining permission from their institution.
Name Badge
All participants and company representatives can collect their name badges from the registration desk. Name badges must be worn during all scientific and social activities throughout the meeting.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be provided to all participants who have registered for the meeting.
Airport Transfer
Transfers between the airport and the hotel will be organized for participants whose flight information has been provided to the Organization Secretariat. For transfer arrangements, you can contact the Organization Secretariat at info@netmice.com.tr. Pricing information will be provided upon request.
Exhibition Areas
A wide area has been allocated for companies to exhibit their products in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, devices, and books during the meeting. Entry to the exhibition areas requires prior registration for the congress.
